How much is shipping?
Shipping is a fixed price, regardless of the size of the order.

£10.95 Worldwide
Local taxes and duties: All orders are shipped directly from the UK. Some countries may require you to pay import duties and/or taxes once your order arrives at its destination. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on the country you live in. For further detail we suggest that you check import duties, customs and local sales taxes with your postal service and/or local customs office before placing your order.
International orders: International parcels are sent out using the Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service where this is available. For countries where it’s not available, they are sent out using either Royal Mail Tracked, or Royal Mail Signed service.
How long will my parcel take?
Your order is dispatched within 24 hours on week days, and delivery time is approximately
UK: 1 to 3 days
Europe: on average 5 working days (currently experiencing delays up to 2 weeks)
Australia: on average 6 – 12 days
USA: on average 12 – 25 days
We will do our best to make sure that your order reaches you on time but given the impact of COVID-19 and Brexit (for our European customers), your order may take longer to reach you than usual. We appreciate your patience during this time.
How can I pay?
Debit card, credit card, cheque or PayPal (but I’m sorry we can’t take Maestro as there security forces a new 3D secure password requirement for all card holders).
I’m having problems getting my card accepted?
If you are having problems paying with your card, especially Worldwide, try the PayPal payment option at the checkout. You do NOT need a PayPal account to use this facility, ignore the options to create an account and proceed as normal.
My payment has failed, I can’t face doing it again?
If your order has failed repeatedly, you can request a PayPal bill from us which we will send you via email – it will not be necessary to repeat the order as we will have a copy of the failed order. Just contact us with your name and we will forward an invoice that you can pay with your bank card.
My payment keeps failing, I am from the USA?
The main reason for a failed USA payment is that you must abbreviate your State on the card payment page for your payment to go through. For example, New York is NY. If you don’t know your State abbreviation, follow this link: State abbreviations
