Our comments The lack of panels in the body of the tights is very comfortable and prevents seams cutting into the back of your thighs when the tights are stretched. We have tried these on our size model Camilla who is a size UK28 with 31.5″ thighs and she was very comfortable in them but she said that the Paris Lady felt warmer and had a larger waist band.
Please be aware that depth = gusset to waistband and that the length of the tights is difficult to gauge as leg length can be taken up by thighs or a large tummy, thus rendering them shorter than expected.
