Please note that in shopping with Penningtons Ltd. we offer safe, secure and easy use of all credit and debit card facilities. All card numbers and personal details are encrypted automatically via the inbuilt Protex secure payments gateway when you place your order. We are also committed to protecting your privacy and will not disclose information collected from you to third parties, and will always act lawfully within the terms of the UK Data Protection Act.
- For orders up to £500 (UKP) goods will be delivered at £2.95, regardless of weight or quantity in the UK. Extra costs will be incurred for shipping outside of the UK.
- If you require delivery to an address other than the registered cardholders address please supply the shipping details when you place your order.
- Orders will be processed within 24 hours during working hours, or within the next 2 working days following weekends and public holidays.
GUARANTEES AND RETURNS
- If you are not satisfied with your goods, for whatever reason, a full refund (of the price paid, excluding postage) will be given on their return for up to 30 days after purchase, as long as they are returned in its original, fully resalable condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing (please note *underwear exception* below) – please ensure that you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
- *Underwear exception*
We cannot accept returns once an item of underwear or hosiery has been tried on.
We supply a dimensions grid so that you can be sure that you are ordering underwear that will fit correctly: please measure your hips and waist, applying this information to the grid so that the underwear is a comfortable fit for you. - A full refund (including postage) or exchange will be offered, without time-limit, for faulty (due to manufacture but not design) items, subject to the items not having been subjected to excessive force or other operation beyond their design and/or manufacturing capability. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- If you have any complaints concerning a product or our service, please contact us promptly so that we can swiftly and fairly deal with the matter. We aim to deal with all such matters within 2 working days.
